We're back from State Tournament

I wish I could say we did fabulous, unfortunately...our team did not come to play. There were some great games going on...we just weren't in them. Our teams were paraded around with about 50 other teams and so that we would stand out in the crowd, we bought these funny hats and boa's for all the girls to wear. We had a fun weekend in sunny Lancaster and we enjoyed the experience of making it all the way to State. Maybe next time we'll actually come to play! As you can tell Megan was one of the shortest on the team.

Lucky for the kids, they were having so much fun I don't think they realized they were out of the running...they have all just been sprayed by the parents with silly string!

Megan did a fabulous job throughout the weekend and along with a couple other girls were the only ones that really "wanted" this. She is such a fun player to watch! At this "at bat" she actually slapped, hit the ball over 2nd base and brought two runners in and of course, safe at first. Happy summer everyone! Now....let's play ball.

School's Out

School is finally out and its time to play!

Kendall wasn't about to miss the fun...

We had a great time at the school carnival and we were thrilled to have our cousins with us. Danielle performed with her cheer team for the first time and did a great job! I'll post more about cheer later. Happy summer!

We made it to State!

It's been a long time coming, but we made it to State! Megan pitched an awesome season and we are headed to Lancaster for our final tournament! Thank you to all our family and friends for the tremendous support! SC's in the H O U S E!
